What time is check in? Check ins will only be accepted between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm please.  What time is check out? Check out is 10:00 am.  What is your cancellation policy? We have a 7 day cancellation policy  If less than 7 days are given from your first reserved date, your credit card will be charged for your booked reservation.  After May 1, (excluding the 7 day cancellation policy) any cancellations will be charged a $25.00 per day administration fee. Cancellations will only be accepted by email.  What happens if our flights or ferry are cancelled, or we have a family emergency and we can't keep the reservation?  We suggest that you purchase travel insurance before your trip so you can have your charges covered due to these circumstances. Can we use your kitchen facilities to cook? We have a no cooking policy in place for guests, however, we will provide our kitchen for you to use if you wish to bring in any take out foods from the many restaurants in Rocky Harbour. Do you accept pets? Due to potential allergic reactions for other guests, we have a strict no pet policy for our B&B. Can I wear my shoes in the B&B? Shoes are not allowed inside the B&B and must be left inside the front entrance.  Should you need some slippers, we've had some knitted slippers made by some local ladies. What type of payment do you receive? We accept Visa, Mastercard, Interac or cash Do you supply cots for additional people in the rooms? Unfortunately no, all rates and capacity are based on double occupancy only.  Do you supply laundry services?  We do not provide laundry services as Rocky Harbour has three laundromats, one that is located just down the street from us.
